Phpfox Server cannot handle files larger than when upload video

Hello, I got this error when upload video on phpfox I have changed upload_max_filesize 250MB post_max_size 256M But still get no lucky

What is your phpinfo?
Changed
post_max_size and upload_max_filesize to larger.
